First, let’s start by defining personal values. A value is a belief that guides your choices and actions; a principle that conveys what is right and what is wrong. So what is the difference between personal values and core values? A core value is a belief that guides your business actions, unites your team, and defines your brand. So simply put: these are your values from a business perspective that aren’t only about you… they’re about your whole team!
